LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Brunner Aerospace, LLC d/b/a BA Arms ("Manufacturer") represents and warrants to its customers who are citizens of and currently residing in the United States of America ("Customers") that the firearms it manufactures ("Products"), for the life of the Products, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will operate in material conformance with Manufacturer’s Documentation. A warranty activation form is available on Manufacturer's website for download. A warranty activation form must be filled out, signed, and returned to Manufacturer by Customer within thirty (30) days of purchase to activate this warranty. Upon Manufacturer's receipt of a properly executed warranty activation form, the warranty period begins on the date on which the Product is delivered into the possession of Customer.

Should a defect be discovered, Customer should immediately stop using the Product and notify Manufacturer in writing. Such a written notification must include a detailed description of the defect; the Product's model and serial number; and the date, the place, and proof of the Product's purchase. Manufacturer's obligation for Products failing to meet this warranty will be to replace or repair the nonconforming Product where within the warranty period:

(a)  Manufacturer has received written notice from Customer;

(b)  After Manufacturer's issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") to Customer, the nonconforming Product has been returned to Manufacturer by Customer; and

(c)  Manufacturer has verified that the Product is nonconforming and that such nonconformity is not a result of improper installation, repair, or other misuse by Customer.

The warranty on any repaired or replacement Product will be the same as the warranty on the nonconforming Product.

When shipping a Product to the point of repair, Customer must (i) remove all accessories from the Product, (ii) include in the packaging a printed copy of the RMA, and (iii) clearly mark the exterior of the packaging with the RMA number. Improperly packaged Products shipped by Customer will be immediately returned to Customer. Customer will bear the cost of freight and insurance for (i) Products shipped from Customer to the point of repair, (ii) Products returned from the point of repair to Customer due to improper packaging, and (iii) Products shipped from the point of repair to Customer after Manufacturer's determination that the Product is either (a) conforming or (b) nonconforming but the nonconformity is a result of improper installation, repair, or other misuse by Customer. Manufacturer will bear the cost of freight and insurance for repaired or replacement Products from the point of repair to Customer.

This warranty does not apply to any Products which have been subject to abuse, misuse (including negligent discharge and unreasonable or unauthorized use), careless handling, accident, corrosion, use of defective or improper ammunition (including steel-cased or hand-loaded ammunition), ordinary wear and tear ( including barrel wear, bolt wear, and paint wear) or modification not performed by Manufacturer (including the installation of a Forced Reset Trigger (FRT), Wide-Open Trigger (WOT), or other similar trigger) or which have been soldered or altered during assembly and are not capable of being tested by Manufacturer under its normal test conditions.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND OF ALL OTHER PRODUCT WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON MANUFACTURER’S PART. MANUFACTURER NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR MANUFACTURER ANY OTHER LIABILITIES. THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTES CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR THE FURNISHING OF DEFECTIVE OR NONCONFORMING PRODUCTS.

MANUFACTURER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM ANY PERSON'S USE OR INABILITY TO USE PRODUCTS EITHER SEPARATELY OR IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER EQUIPMENT, OR FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE, EVEN IF MANUFACTURER HAD ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE OR COST OF LABOR BY REASON OF THE FACT THAT SUCH ARTICLES WERE DEFECTIVE OR NONCONFORMING. THIS LIMITATION WILL NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS OF DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.

MANUFACTURER'S PRODUCTS ARE CONSIDERED DANGEROUS WEAPONS. MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMER'S RESALE OR SAFE HANDLING OF PRODUCTS UNDER INTERNATIONAL, FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, OR MUNICIPAL LAWS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS.

After 5,000 documented rounds, Customer may ship the Product to Manufacturer for servicing. This servicing includes the replacement of all springs and pins and the adjustment of the gas block as required to return the Product back to original performance.

Customer will bear the cost of freight and insurance for Products shipped from Customer to the point of service. Manufacturer will bear the cost of freight and insurance for serviced Products from the point of service to Customer.
